The Black Orchid Gynarchic Society henceforth may also be referred to as BOGS
or Black Orchid. It is mandatory
that you follow all the Rules and assist us in being sure all the Rules are
followed by everyone, all the time. A group is what you make it. It is a
direct reflection of the people who have merged into a group. These Rules are
for those involved in any form of BDSM, chastity, and complete female domination
over men.
- All members will adhere to the Hierarchy Structure as posted
on the web site and they shall assist to be sure the structure is followed.
- All members shall respect that there are many levels and expressions of
Gynarchism. From lesbians to feminists to BDSM practitioners, all members
shall respect that Women express Gynarchism in different manners with no
specific way being any more or less important than another. All Women are
connected in the same Gynarchic understanding.
- Individual Females, Lesbian couples, groups of Women, Mistresses, Ladies,
Dominas, Matriarchs, local Gynarchic groups, and Gynarchism as a whole may 'own' males.
- All meetings, events, parties and fund raisers that are managed in any
manner by the BOGS or sponsored by the BOGS, shall be a Female Dominant,
Matriarchal, Gynarchic affair. All males are to be submissive and should obey,
submit, devote, and serve the Female Supremacy.
- All members shall keep the function private.
- Every member is responsible to be sure that sight and sound barriers are
in place and not compromised.
- Without a BOGS card an the event/party ID registration number there is no entry.
- There will be BOGS security to check identification which must be
respected and obeyed.
- A subfemale or submale that are not owned by a specific Mistress, Female,
Group or House can be a G-submissive. This means that all Ladies of all
ranks shall have direct rule over the G-submissive. Females of submission
and slavery shall rule over any male since all Women are superior to any
male.
- A G-slave is a slave that has been trained in the exemplary manner of a
Gynarchic slave. This title can only be awarded through a test, review, and
by a ranking BOGS member. Ranks are listed in the BOGS Hierarchy System as
noted in the web site. The G-slave shall retain the G-slave number assigned
to it until it is taken into Ownership by a Gynarchic Mistress.
- A submissive (female or male) not owned must be approved and be accepted
under the supremacy of a Black Orchid Ranking Female. The BOGS membership
number will reflect that the submissive is a G-slave or G-submissive.
- Each Woman shall be given a BOGS Membership number. Each sub/slave under
Her shall have a membership code that combines Her number with the sub/slave
number.
- A Mistress may join with or without a sub/slave. A Mistress may join with
Her entire stable of slaves/submissives with each slave/submissive receiving
their own registration number under Her BOGS Membership Number.
- A BOGS Mistress has complete authority, without discussion, to dismiss and
replace one or several of Her slaves or subs that are registered under Her
Number Code. In Her termination the slave/sub loses it’s membership.
- Unless otherwise sanctioned by the Woman who is dismissing the slave/sub
or by a review board a dismissed slave/sub may apply to become a slave/sub
to the BOGS as a G-slave or G-sub.
- All applications, event, registrations and administration fees
are nonrefundable.
- As a BOGS member you shall endeavor to keep the high standards of the BOGS
and protect it and it’s members from harm or negative publicity.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. A slave/sub must receive
permission to smoke each time.
- The Black Orchid demands that you adhere to the dress code as defined by
the event.
- You shall wear normal clothing when not inside the structure/designated
play area.
- No private area, butt, nor breast shall be exposed or visible in public
areas. Clothing in public areas must cover undergarments completely.
- Each event/party may have additional concerns about the dress code in
which case you must adhere to the dress code for that event/party.
- BOGS nor the establishment is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged
items.
- Black Orchid supports trust. All Mistresses shall respect a slave/subs
mental, emotional and physical limit. If a slave/sub has verbally stated a
limit and the limit is not adhered to, inform a ranking BOGS member.
Surpassing a slave/subs limits can be cause for a membership review of the
Mistress with possible termination.
- It is understood that slave/subs must behave with extraordinarily proper
manners and etiquette at all times.
- It is with your fortitude that you shall promote the Black Orchid in a
favorable manner with safe and health practices being adhered to in all
Gynarchic activities.
- With intelligence and discretion a slave/submissives must recruit at least
two slave/submissive members per year.
- With intelligence and discretion a Woman must recruit at least two members
per year.
- There are many different kinds of BOGS meetings and events. Each event
shall have any additional rules and restrictions included in the event
registration.
- BOGS must pre-approve all media, web sites, events, meetings, and all
things in association with the BOGS.
- BOGS is a pansexual and multi-racial group that demands respect of all
members.
- Prejudices are not allowed in any manner and will not be tolerated.
- It is not necessary that you agree with everyone’s personal opinions.
- Be respectful of physical and mental well-being, ethnic origin, their
chosen religion and politics, names, their financial status, their
lifestyle, sexual preferences, handicaps, and even desired method of
clothing.
- Any rude, disrespectful, dishonest, or undesired behavior will result in
the offending person being reviewed and may be dismissed from the member
groups and the BOGS card will be revoked.
- Clichés and inner groups that exclude others are not allowed. BOGS may
deny membership to anyone known or suspected of this alienating behavior.
- BOGS reserves the right to update, revise, or enhance the Rules and all
alterations will be posted on the web site. These revisions shall then
become a part of the Rules and thusly part of the Agreement.
- Per the BOGS Agreement, if you ever disagree with any changes
made it is your responsibility to contact us immediately stating your
disagreement. If no notification is received within thirty (30) days of the
posted revision date then your agreement to the alterations shall be assumed
and in force.
