Government positions should be held by more Women. We should be in more political standings and in higher corporate positions

Governmental positions to do with Family Services, WIC, child health care, food stamps, welfare training programs and such should only be held by Women.

Work Force

We should be recognized as no less than equals in the workforce with equal pay. All jobs to do with brute strength should be open for application by women but if she is not capable of meeting the job requirements, then she should not be hired.  Men are physically built to perform manual labor.

Women having children should be able to make the choice to work outside the home. All mothers who wish to care for her child should have a man responsible for supporting the family. Men of wealth may be mandated to care financially for several families.

All higher corporate positions and political positions will only be held by Women. This allows the males to do labor oriented work. Women obviously are a superior  being since Women are more capable to handle many things at one time

Pregnancy & Work

Special considerations should be given during and after pregnancy. A more fluid time schedule may be needed as well as additional ‘child care days’ whereas the business will give full pay up to five days per year plus allow half day pay for an additional five days until the child reaches ten years of age. Standard vacation and sick days would still be earned.

A Woman should be given three months paid pregnancy leave. Upon her return if she is breast feeding additional time on breaks will be granted so she may pump.

Pregnancy Choice

Life giving is Her decision in all regards. All Women would be given free birth control.

Expanded Marriages

With current economic trends it usually requires two people working per household. With a Mother and father working much of the funds go for daycare to a point that sometimes it is almost cheaper to stay home. A third person could solve much of this dilemma.

There should be complete accepted bisexuality and lesbianism, not just the stereotypical male/female marriage union, allowing for same sex lesbian marriages and with one male. A three-person marriage.

Once married all men’s assets would become the Woman’s except whereas previous women and children are receiving financial support. Again a three person marriage would allow the man to support both families as mandated

Parental Rights

It is the Female who is the founder of a family tree not the male sperm. She may elect to have a child bare Her last name instead of the male’s name, even if they are married.

Women can enter another Woman as the ‘father’ of the child. Legally this would assign custodial rights to the other woman in case of the Mother’s death. If the mother was declared unfit through medical and emotional review of a panel of Gynarchists then a female of family or adoption would raise the child.

males are only good for sperm donations. The best genes will be selected and used as She desires. No males would ever have any parental rights. If the mother died or was unfit the Gynarchist state would provide education and rearing or Gynarchist adoption.

Prenuptials would only be signed by the male. Everything becomes Hers on marriage.

In a case of a standard marriage dissolution, even if the marriage was not a Gynarchist marriage, the Women would receive no less than half of the marital assets to be assigned to them regardless if the Woman worked outside the home or produced offspring. After the divorce the male shall tribute Her monthly until such time as another Woman claims him.
